If you received a product different from the one you ordered, please send an email to info@oribu.it with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the product you received
  • Name and code of the missing item, in case your order consists of multiple items.
We will then arrange, at our expense, for the collection of the incorrect product and the shipment of the ordered product.
